You can make bookings from now till end of September. All bookings are in blocks of 7 days starting and ending on Fridays.
At present we have 3 hardtail ebikes available (with more on order). See photo below. If you want a step-through bike we will arrange this through our colleagues in Huntly (as we did during the trial phases)

For use on the public road in the UK an ebike must be pedal assisted only, with an assisted speed limit of 15mph (26kph). There are also limits on the power output of the battery/motor. The rider must be over 13 years of age.
Two local charities are in the running to be awarded funds from the Just Transition Fund.
The Just Transition fund supports eco friendly projects in the local community. If you have a postcode in the Grampian area (Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire or Moray) you can vote for 5 projects. Please consider using your vote to support our local bidders.

Meldrum Paths Group is the parent organisation for Oldmeldrum Community Ebikes.
We have just added 2 lovely new Hybrid e-bikes to our fleet. These Merida Espresso 300 SE bikes are light and responsive and fully equipped with lights, mudguards and panniers. They are really easy to ride and have a low crossbar and comfortable riding position. The Shimano motor is coupled with 9 gears and driven by a 400wh battery which will be great for lots of miles on our local hills. Available for hire now on our website or contact us on Facebook.
