Please give us 48hrs notice of your booking. We are all volunteers.
Please also note that our ebikes are solely intended for use in the area local to Oldmeldrum and district. They may not be carried in or on any vehicle and must not be transported away from Oldmeldrum and district.
Use the individual Calendars below to book your ebike/s. Make sure you choose the correct Calendar for the bike type and size you want.
Remember you need to be 18+ to enter into a hire agreement with us. You should also live or work within the boundary of the Meldrum, Bourtie and Daviot Community Council. Those under 18 should ask a parent/guardian or similar to complete the hire agreement and they must attend at pickup time. Those under 13 may not legally ride an Ebike on the public road.

Hires will be charged at just £5 per bike per day or £25 for 7 days.
(You can pay cash on collection or pay by BACS transfer) -
Hires will start at a time arranged with the team and you must return the bike by 6.00pm on the final day.

You may need to bring ID with you when you collect the bike.

The ebike/s must be returned fully charged, clean and in good condition.

Returning customers can use our new Locker based collect and return system
On the appropriate calendar (below) click on the start date and then on the end date to highlight the days required. Please book at least 2 days hire and return the bike charged. The booking calendar will show how many bikes are available.
Next select the number of bikes required and then complete the rest of the details.
If you need more than one type of ebike (eg, one small and one medium) please make separate bookings for each.
You will get an email to confirm your request and a further email to confirm your booking. (Check your spam folder) If you are unsuccessful please try different dates or a different number of bikes. If you have difficulty using this form please contact us at ebike@oldmeldrum.org
